Workbooks
personalized for you
Start with a quiz. Receive a map of your pattern and a workbook built around your result — not a generic resource, but a guide that begins where you are now.
Sometimes it is not a lack of willpower. Sometimes it is a pattern.
There are times when you notice something repeating. You say yes too quickly. You doubt what you feel. You care for everyone and forget yourself. You seek reassurance. You stay silent to avoid conflict. You work beyond your limits.
And you find yourself asking: “Why am I doing this again?” “Why do I know what would help, yet struggle to do things differently?”
Sometimes the answer is not that something is wrong with you. Sometimes it is an old way of protecting yourself — an inner path you once learned, perhaps to be loved, accepted, safe, or less alone.
The workbook starts with your map.
The quiz suggests which pattern seems most active right now. You then receive a workbook suited to your result.
Rather than a standard resource, you receive a guide to help you see more clearly what is happening within you and where you can begin.
Not every woman needs the same starting point
Some carry too much for others. Some grew up with the shame of not being enough. Some function on autopilot. This is why the workbook is personalized.
Shame
Abandonment
Subjugation
Perfectionism
Disconnection
Validation
Overwhelm
The result is not a diagnosis. It is a map.
And the workbook is built around that map.
After the quiz, you receive a clear direction.
You explore which pattern seems to drain your energy most, where it is felt most strongly, and what kind of self-exploration may suit you now.
You then choose whether you would like to receive the recommended workbook.
A map of your inner world
From the quiz to your workbook
Simple, clear, and without pressure. Start with the map, then decide whether you want to explore further.
Take the quiz
Answer questions about how you are functioning now: in relationships, at work, with boundaries, in your body, and in your inner dialogue.
Receive your result
Explore which pattern seems active now, which area is affected, and what kind of workbook may suit you.
Choose the recommended workbook
If the result makes sense to you, you can receive the workbook suited to your pattern and begin exploring at your own pace.
8 patterns. A workbook built around yours.
Self-sacrifice
For women who carry too much, try to put things right, and feel responsible for how others feel.
Shame
For the critical inner voice, fear of being seen, and feeling that you always have to prove your worth.
Abandonment
For moments when another person’s silence or withdrawal triggers the fear: “I no longer matter.”
Subjugation
For women who say “it’s okay” when it is not, and keep the peace at the cost of their own voice.
Perfectionism
For the pressure to do everything well, avoid mistakes, and rest only when everything is finished.
Disconnection
For women who function on autopilot even while their body clearly signals that it is too much.
Reliance on validation
For moments when you need someone else to confirm that you are allowed to choose or ask.
An overwhelmed inner system
When several patterns are active at once. The first step is not to resolve them all, but to create some space.
What these workbooks are not
The workbooks do not provide a diagnosis. They do not replace psychotherapy or psychological assessment.
They are tools for self-understanding and personal exploration. They can be a starting point, support between sessions, or a place to put words to experiences that felt unclear.
If the distress becomes too much, pause.
Breathe. Look around. Remind yourself where you are now. Return when you feel able. Your pace matters. If you are in crisis or danger, safety and specialist support come first.
Before you begin
Can I get the workbook without taking the quiz?
Because the workbook is personalized, it starts with the quiz. Without it, the material would be general, while the aim is to offer something closer to your experience now.
Is this a psychological test?
No. The quiz and workbook are tools for self-exploration. They do not provide a diagnosis or replace psychological assessment.
Can I use the workbook if I am already in therapy?
Yes. It can offer useful support between sessions: a place to note what you notice, what is being activated, and what you would like to explore further in therapy.
Perhaps you need to see what keeps repeating within you.
The quiz is a starting point. Answer honestly, receive a map, and then choose whether to explore further with the workbook suited to you.
Please note: The workbooks do not provide a diagnosis or replace psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or medical consultation. If you are experiencing intense distress, violence, thoughts of self-harm, or difficulty managing daily life, professional support is important.
